Hi, I’m Maria!
I am a wife, a mom of two, and a passionate health and wellness coach.
My background is in biomedical engineering, but my true calling emerged in my 30s, when I stepped into my first fitness class. I instantly fell in love with the way movement made me feel: strong, empowered, and alive. That moment sparked a transformation that would shape the rest of my life. Driven by this passion, I pursued certifications in group fitness, personal training, nutrition, and health coaching. I wanted to help others experience the same joy and confidence I had discovered, and more importantly, to prove that it’s never too late to start. At 40, I began lifting weights and running consistently, and everything changed. I felt more energized, powerful, and confident than I ever did in my 20s. Strength training didn't just reshape my body; it elevated my mindset. It taught me that age is just a number, and that our strongest, healthiest self is always within reach.
But I know many women feel overwhelmed by fitness. They think they’re “too old” or “too far behind” to start. I’m here to change that belief.
My mission is to help women, especially in midlife and beyond, realize that sustainable, healthy living is not only possible, it's deeply rewarding. With consistency, simple habits, and support, you'll create a lifestyle that feels good, fits into your life, and builds lasting strength from the inside out. I never thought I'd be able to do a pull-up, a headstand, or lift heavy weights, but here I am, in my 40s, doing hip thrusts at 150kg, deadlifts at 60kg, and squats at 50kg. I've run one full marathon and four half-marathons, even placing in the top 3 in my age group, all after 40! I'm not a superhero. I'm just someone who stayed consistent and believed in the process, and you can too.
